T HE CARDIOVASCULAR effects of hypothermia in animals have been studied extensively. However, little information is available concerning the effects of hypothermia on renal function The present report is concerned with changes in filtration rate, renal blood flow and TrnPAH in the hypothermic dog. The effects of hypothermia on the renal excretion of water and electrolytes will be the subject of a separate report.
